All orders are processed Monday through Friday during regular business hours. Orders are shipped using various carriers, including UPS and USPS. International orders are generally shipped via DHL.
Once you receive your tracking information, it can take 24 - 48 business hours for the tracking to update.

Our standard processing time is 2 business days for all items that are in stock. Processing times are not included in the estimated delivery times.
Orders are not processed on weekends or U.S. Holidays. If you place your order on Friday after normal business hours, it will not be shipped until the next business day. Extra time maybe required for larger orders, international orders, orders requiring additional customer information, or out of stock items.
US orders are generally delivered within 2-7 business days after they are shipped. International deliveries vary widely from 2-4 weeks or longer. Delivery timelines are not guaranteed. Many carriers will experience significant delays due to seasonality, COVID-19, customs processing delays, and other issues.
You are responsible to know the import regulations for your country. Please research all supplements to ensure that they are legal for importation PRIOR to ordering. Once the order has left our premises we cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Most countries will have no trouble but we post this disclaimer in the off chance that there is an issue.
We provide tracking information for all orders so please be diligent and keep track of your order's shipping progress.
We do not have a reship policy. We assume that all clients are aware of their own country's laws and therefore you are responsible for dealing with your country's customs.
