As a dietary supplement, take up to 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bed.
Melatonin (2mg per serving)
Melatonin is a hormone secreted by the brain and used by your body to help you fall asleep. Supplemental melatonin has been shown to improve sleep quality and reduce sleep onset latency.
Research shows that the clinically effective dose of melatonin ranges from 1mg to 6mg. It is best to use the lowest possible dose in order to mimic the normal physiological effects of melatonin and avoid prolonged blood levels. That's why we designed Sleep with a 2mg dose of melatonin per serving, or 1mg per capsule.
We recommend starting with 1 capsule and increasing to the full dose of 2 capsules if needed.
L-Theanine (200mg per serving)
L-Theanine is an amino acid found in tea and other natural sources. L-Theanine is not a sedative, rather it promotes a relaxed state without drowsiness.
Research shows a range of benefits, including anti-stress and anxiety reducing benefits. L-Theanine has also been shown to reduce the time it takes to fall asleep, reduce sleep disturbances, and reduce insomnia.
Outwork Sleep includes a clinically effective dose of 200mg of L-Theanine per serving.
Saffron Extract (affron®) (28mg per serving)
Saffron is derived from the Crocus sativus flower. Modern research shows many promising benefits related to mood and sleep, including better sleep quality  and improved mental outlook .
Outwork Sleep includes a 28mg dose of affron® per serving. Affron® is a saffron extract standardized to 3.5% Leptricrosalides, a complex of bioactive compounds responsible for the beneficial effects.
Does the job and looks nice
Not sure how well these helped me sleep. I go to bed around the same time and under the same conditions every night (cool room, no noise) and some nights I would sleep through the night and others I would wake up 2-3 times a night like I normally would.
I do appreciate the size of the pills, they are small and very easy to swallow.
