I train for at least 3 hours at a time four days a week, I need a shake with me at the gym. This is my favorite shaker bottle for that, I use it every training session and it's super convenient. Fits in my cars cupholder, doesn't spill and holds a good sized shake.

I usually use a stick blender to mix my protein, but grabbed one of these for the times when I couldn't. It mixes much better than the kind with the ball inside, and is much easier to clean.
